Sales & Estimating
Listen to customers, visit properties, document measurements and project goals, and prepare clear estimates with the design and production team. Follow up on proposals and help hand projects smoothly from the first conversation to the crew.
A good fit: clear communication, organized follow-through, comfort with estimating software and an understanding of landscape or construction work. Tell us about your sales, estimating and customer-service experience.
Hardscape / Brick Masonry Installation Foreman
Lead a crew installing pavers, stonework, retaining walls and outdoor living features. Read plans, coordinate materials and equipment, mentor crew members, and check safety and workmanship.
A good fit: at least two years of relevant crew leadership and hands-on hardscape experience; confidence using masonry tools and operating equipment safely.
Brick & Hardscape Laborer
Support site preparation, move materials, help install pavers and stone, and keep the work area clean and organized. Follow the foreman’s direction and use tools and equipment only as trained.
A good fit: reliability, teamwork, attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Tell us about your construction, masonry or outdoor-work experience.
Landscape Foreman
Lead landscape installation and care work, including planting trees and shrubs, preparing beds and coordinating daily crew tasks. Review plans, support crew development and communicate job progress.
A good fit: at least two years in the landscape industry, practical plant and equipment knowledge, and strong organization and team leadership.
For roles involving company-vehicle operation, appropriate driving credentials are required; DOT medical certification applies where needed. English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
